  • Having in-depth knowledge of the features of the respective insurance product or class together with common market wordings, conditions and exclusions to cover.
  • Advising customers on the application and suitability of the product to their particular circumstances.
  • Recommending and/or negotiating policy terms and conditions for complex situations.
