Mr. Gamal Ahmed Mohamed Ali

Gamal Ali has over Thirty two years’ experience in the auto industry and is a recognized leader in operations, technical management, training and development for auto body and paint servicing industry. During the course of his career he has successfully implemented innovative techniques and processes in the industry with specific focus on improving overall productivity and meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction for vehicle servicing and repairing.
An engineer by profession, Gamal started his career in the trade as a workshop engineer responsible for planning and design for the first quick service workshop in the military and was later engaged with auto companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Since 1991 he has held management positions at different centres with one largest companies in the Middle East, ALJ of Saudi Arabia, representing the Toyota brand with responsibilities for servicing, body paint development, and operations.
Throughout his career Gamal was heavily involved training and development of human resources in several areas in his field including damage inspection and estimation, technical workshop processes, body and paint development, operations management, quality assurance in the workshop and health and safety.
Since 2005 he has been Group manager Body and Paint training in ACCL responsible to manage the B&P instructors to achieve their goal in term of quality training, improve the working environments in terms of operation health and safety. He planned, designed and established the new B&P training center fully.
He has also delivered training courses with Gulf Insurance Institute in GCC countries and Sudan focusing on teaching motor accident damage estimation and best practice for repairs and received excellent feedback for his expertise and experience as well as his interactive style of delivery.
He is now part of the RISC Institute’s team of associate trainers and instructors.
Mr. Gamal holds a bachelor’s degree in in Mechanical Engineering and is officially certified by Thatcham, The Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre, UK.
