Soha El-Sheikh is a Certified Master Trainer and Facilitator from HR Board and Carlton Advanced Management Institute.

She’s also a Business Development professional with over nine years of professional experience in various fields. Holding a Bachelor degree in Business Administration & Management has exposed her to multiple studies in trade, economics, law, management, HR, production, accounting, banking, marketing, business administration & organizational behavior.

Before she occupies the position of Business Development & Client Relations Manager at RISC Institute, she worked in different industries such as Oil & Gas, National projects, Hospitality, and Professional Training.

Her Education Career started as a volunteer teacher at a well-known Charity Association in Egypt, where she used to teach Arabic Language and Mathematics Fundamentals to uneducated kids and teenagers, achieving good results measured monthly through Senior teacher’s assessments & tests. Then she advanced to delivering Job Hunting courses to fresh graduates and the unemployed, winning excellent feedback from her students after learning efficient ways to search and allocate vacancies, write efficient resumes, succeed the interview, and win the job.

Her teaching skills were first utilized professionally in her work with the Oil & Gas Services company to coach the Sales Team on the most effective Sales techniques for achieving targets. For two years she used to conduct a quarterly Sales course that contained Sales & Marketing techniques, Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, Selling with Ethics, Solving customers’ problems, Handling complaints, following up and Closing the Sale.

Since her early years, and as a part of her continued professional development, Soha has attended many seminars, courses and workshops covering lots of Business skills, Soft skills & Interpersonal development subjects such as but not limited to Presentation skills, Communication skills, Neuro Linguistic Programing, Train the Trainer, Fund Raising, Business Setup, Marketing, Market study, Human Resources, Stock market, Leadership, and others.

Being a CMTF, along with her bilingual teaching talent, Soha has the necessary skills to educate, guide & motivate personnel on different Levels.
