Our acceptance of your application to enrol into any of our courses is subject to your acceptance and adherence to this policy.
Enrolment into courses or registration for examinations are only confirmed on a “first come first served” basis upon receipt of the payment of the applicable fee, deposit or, in the case of bona fide organizations, a signed purchase order.
We acknowledge that enrolees are, in some circumstances, constrained to cancel or postpone their participation on courses or attendance for examinations. Furthermore, We may occasionally be forced to cancel an event due to force majeure, low number of enrolments, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
Our Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds Policy aims to provide a fair cancellation and refunds mechanism for courses and examinations provided by Us. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be allowed before you enrol and pay for any course.
Refunds will be done only through the same mode of payment (including same credit card and/or bank account) that you used when paying for the relative service. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

You may also arrange payment by bank transfer, direct debit, POS credit card at our office or by personal cheques drawn on a UAE bank. Any bank charges shall be payable by you.
Payment Confirmation
When you make payment by credit card on this website, you should receive a confirmation of your payment and transaction details by email within 24 hours from the time that the transaction has passed. if you do not do so, please contact customer service to follow up.
