Ms. Sandhya Subramanian

Ms Subramanian is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives, leading complex projects, and optimizing operational efficiency within the health insurance and telemedicine sectors.

Sandhya has proven track record in managing cross functional teams, establishing governance structures, and delivering seamless patient and client experiences. Adept at navigating regulatory environments and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational outcomes.

Ms Subramanian is currently Chief Operating and Transformation Officer for Middle East at MSH International (Dubai) Ltd., Dubai - A global leader in international health and life insurance solutions. She started her career in 2009 as Medical Claims Administrator with MSH International LLC, promoted to e-claims supervisor in 2012 and then to Assistant operations Manager in 2015. In 2018 she joined Aetna Global Benefits (Middle East LLC) as operations manager until the company wound down its operations in the Middle East during which period Ms Subramanian led the international wind-down project.

Throughout her career Ms Subramanian has conducted training sessions on new processes and best practices for enrolment, claims, PBM, and e-claims. She joins RISC Institute as an associate trainer in her specialized field of medical insurance, medical insurance claims, claims operations, technology, e-claims, telemedicine and fraud prevention and abuse.
