Our acceptance of your application to enrol into any of our courses is subject to your acceptance and adherence to this policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Enrolment into courses or registration for examinations are only confirmed on a “first come first served” basis upon receipt of the application form and payment of the applicable fee and/or deposit. We acknowledge that participants are, in some circumstances, constrained to cancel or postpone their participation on courses or attendance for examinations. Furthermore, We may occasionally be forced to cancel an event due to force majeure or low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy aims to provide a fair cancellation and refunds mechanism for courses and examinations provided by Us. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be allowed before you enrol and pay for any course.
Refunds will be done only through the same mode of payment (including same credit card and/or bank account) that you used when paying for the relative service. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
For the sake of clarity and interpretation, the word "information" in this context includes, but not liumited to, any material published on our website, qualification information, course information, course data, course content, video, information (audio or visual) presented or exchanged during live classes (whether virtual or face-to-face), statistics, grades, certificates and the like.

We do not store and credit card details. However, these may be stored and held by the payment gateway with which we have integrated our website. Under no circumstances will we ever sell, share, rent or lease any credit/debit card details and to any third parties.
Other payment methods
You may also arrange payment by bank transfer, direct debit, POS credit card at our office or by personal cheques drawn on a UAE bank. Any bank charges shall be payable by you.
When you make payment by credit card on this website, you should receive a confirmation of your payment and transaction details by email within 24 hours from the time that the transaction has passed. if you do not do so, please contact customer service to follow up.
